Meetu Bhatnagar, Ph.D., CCIM is the Founder of JMD Signature Real Estate Group and a Broker Associate with RE/MAX DFW Associates, serving investors, property owners, developers, business owners, and select luxury residential clients across Dallas–Fort Worth.

A second-generation real estate investor, Meetu brings experience as an owner, investor, developer, and broker. She has personally invested in more than 1,200 multifamily units and participated in multiple real estate syndications as both a sponsor and investor. Her experience spans the real estate cycle from site selection, feasibility analysis, acquisition, and capitalization through development, repositioning, stabilization, and disposition.

Her commercial real estate practice includes multifamily and investment properties, medical and professional office, retail, industrial properties, commercial land, and development opportunities. She provides buyer and seller representation, landlord and tenant representation, property sourcing, market and financial analysis, site selection, development feasibility, acquisition and disposition services, and 1031 exchange replacement-property searches.

Meetu also works with business owners, franchise operators, medical professionals, and growing organizations on commercial leasing, property acquisition, relocation, and expansion. Her luxury residential practice provides discreet representation for executives, entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, and families.

Meetu holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, completed the CCIM Development Specialty Track, is a Certified Negotiator, and is a Texas Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Her professional recognition includes the 2023 RE/MAX Gold Club Award, a feature in the Winter 2020 edition of CCIM Magazine, the 2019 MGF Woman of the Year recognition, and the 2018 Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award.
